Refund and Return Policy

We at Travel Club USA follow a 7 days return policy for all products shopped from our website www.travelclubbags.com.


Return Process:

  • Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization to return the products directly through our website. Simply sign into your account and navigate to My Account My Orders page to initiate a return. Please support your return request with images/videos.
  • In case your order date is past the return window, you will not see the option to return it.
  • Travel Club USA will evaluate and approve the return request within 24 working hours.
  • Post approval, Travel Club USA will get the products picked up from your delivery address.
  • For the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is confirmed. In case the package is not ready at the time of pickup or you are not available at the given pickup address, we will re-book the pickup only twice after that. Post this, you will have to ship the product to us for any return and no amount will be refunded for the reverse shipment charges incurred.
  • After inspection, Travel Club USA will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method (whichever selected by you) for that amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you've submitted the request with us.
  • Once the refund tender has been selected by the customer, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Please ensure that the following conditions are met while getting the goods ready for return:

  • All Travel Club USA products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging.
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • In case of bundled offer purchase (where you buy 2 or more products on discount), part return of products is possible. Please reach out to our customer care for the refund value.
  • If by any chance you do not return the outer box and other packaging materials, then a sum of INR 100 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. To cancel, simply sign into your account and navigate to My Account – My Orders page to initiate a cancellation. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.
  • If the product has been shipped and the customer chooses to cancel, then the refund will be initiated only once we get the product back

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by Travel Club. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used or wallet credit.
  • 'Wallet credit' as used herein is an outstanding credit on a customer account that can be applied to an invoice as a Payment. 'Wallet credit' once issued, cannot be encashed at any circumstance.
The Management's decision regarding damaged/defective product and/or issuance of wallet credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
