1. What is the warranty period? Does it have international warranty?
Our bags come with different warranty. Please read the product details to know about which warranty applies to your product. We provide a national warranty and international warranty on the products.
Details on the different warranties are as follows:
1-year warranty/ 2 years warranty/ 3 years warranty
Travel Club products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with this Travel Club product (the “Product”) and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Travelclub will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product for a period of the warranty period (1 year / 2 years / 3 years) mentioned on the product starting from the date this Product was purchased.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company, Travelclub requires that you use only an approved service center (“Service Center”) for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.

You can also send your Product directly to Travel Club warehouses which are there across the country. You are, however, responsible for all costs of getting the Product to us including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.
Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. Labour charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than a Service Center are not covered by this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities. Inspect your Product immediately after handling by anyone other than you. If damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company (which is insured against damaging your product) at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing customs.
This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this warranty may not be applicable to you.
International Warranty:
International Warranty works as follows:
Damage to Accessories: In case there has been damage to a luggage accessory, namely (1) the wheels, (2) side and top pick-up handles (3) telescopic handle (4) lock, we will ship the part/s to you, with detailed video instructions on how to fix it.
Crack to shell: In the unlikely event that the shell of the bag cracks, we will be able to provide a replacement in India. International replacement on cracked shells is currently unavailable.
Issue with zipper: In case the zipper gets spoilt, we will be able to fix it in India only.
2. Whats is covered?
Travel Club warrants that the products (the “Product(s)”) will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
Spare Parts that are covered under warranty are pullers, lock, pick-up handle, telescopic handle, wheels, rubber bush (cushions).
3. what is not covered?
- Normal wear and tear of Product use;
- Scratches and dents are not covered;
- Misuse, neglect, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or transport damage (by airlines for example). abuse or other abnormal use, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes;
- Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose;
- Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance;
- Damage to the inside lining is not covered;
- Wear and tear of components made of PU is not covered;
- A product that has been modified or altered;
- Any product that is not manufactured by Travel Club (including, without limitation, any non-Nasher Miles product that is used in connection with the Product).

The warranty provided for herein applies only to and extends for the lifetime of the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.
The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities. 4. How to make a warranty claim?
To report a warranty defect, please contact customer support. Please include your telephone number so that we may contact you.
When submitting a warranty claim, we will require proof that the claim is valid. In this regard, we will always require below said:
- You provide us with an original or copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase and
- You return your product to us for warranty coverage verification.
- You are responsible for shipping costs to Travel Club but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage.
- Travel Club is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit.
- We recommend that you ship your returned Products to Travel Club via a trackable shipment method.
All products returned to Travel Club will be subject to review for authenticity. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to our legal department for action. Counterfeit cases will not be returned and consumers should seek restitution from their original place of purchase.
If we find that the Product is defective in materials or workmanship and otherwise meets the terms of the applicable limited warranty, your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this limited warranty. Travel Club reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable Product Warranty Period.
