Yes, we do provide International Warranty. It works as follows:

Damage to Accessories:
In case there has been damage to a luggage accessory, namely
(1) the wheels
(2) side and top pick-up handles
(3) telescopic handle
(4) lock, we will ship the part/s to you, with detailed video instructions on how to fix it.

Crack to shell: In the unlikely event that the shell of the bag cracks, we will be able to provide a replacement in India. International replacement on cracked shells is currently unavailable.

Issue with zipper: In case the zipper gets spoilt, we will be able to fix it in India only.
