We offer a 1 year worry-free warranty on our backpacks, briefcases.

The best part is that you don’t require a warranty card for the product. Your Tax invoice acts as your warranty card and your Order ID number is your warranty registration number.

Yes, we do provide International Warranty. It works as follows:

Damage to Accessories:
In case there has been damage to a luggage accessory, namely
(1) the wheels
(2) side and top pick-up handles
(3) telescopic handle
(4) lock, we will ship the part/s to you, with detailed video instructions on how to fix it.

Crack to shell: In the unlikely event that the shell of the bag cracks, we will be able to provide a replacement in India. International replacement on cracked shells is currently unavailable.

Issue with zipper: In case the zipper gets spoilt, we will be able to fix it in India only.
